Presenters will be notified 3-5 months prior to the school (timing is determined by the CSHM Program Committee and this will be posted on the website) as to whether their presentation has been accepted.
Presenters who are accepted for inclusion in the program will be required to give a 50 minute oral presentation at the School and provide the following (one month prior to school): a white paper for posting on CSHM website, a copy of the PowerPoint presentation and a short biographical sketch.
